Don’t forget to sleep. Sleep helps to hydrate and re-energize you. If you can avoid being in a situation where you are tired, you can lose weight easier. Getting plenty of rest helps to keep your mind and body focused. If you aren’t focused, you won’t be as motivated to stay in shape.

Remember to take breaks from time to time. You want to stay active, but you also don’t want to burn yourself out too fast. It would be a good idea to take a 15 minute break each time that you are working out. If you need to, have someone hold you accountable for the amount of time that you are working out. This is important because the more time you spend exercising, the more you will benefit from having somebody hold you accountable.
